Zone Face Lift is a natural, non-invasive facial massage, designed to uplift your face and spirit! The therapy combines ancient healing techniques with modern facial reflexology in order to achieve a more youthful and radiant appearance while promoting overall wellbeing. 

The first part of the treatment is made up of facial reflexology, stimulating specific points on your face, neck, and scalp, focusing on the zones that correspond to different organs, systems, and emotions in your body. This will be followed by the specialised techniques and Gua Sha massage which gives Zone Face Lift its name and uplifting results. I will be using the award winning Zone Face Lift amethyst crystal-infused Elixir, which has been shown to reduce fine lines and help you look radiant. 

I also offer a Zone Face Lift 12-week programme, which is a comprehensive treatment plan designed to uplift and rejuvenate your face and spirit. Each week, you'll embark on a session that focuses on specific facial reflexology points, stimulating them to release tension, restore energy flow, and promote natural healing. Foot reflexology 60min £60

Reflexology is a complementary therapy, meaning it can be used alongside conventional treatments for optimal results. It works on the principle that the feet are mini anatomical maps of the whole body - with every organ, bone, muscle and system corresponding with a specific reflex point/area. 

By working these reflexes and pressure points, it’s believed that blocked energy can be shifted and certain issues can be addressed by triggering the body’s own healing response. Reflexology is a holistic therapy, working on the physical, spiritual and emotional, evoking deep relaxation and re-balancing and grounding the body as a whole. 

I am also trained in maternity and currently training in reproductive reflexology. If you would like to see me for either of these reasons, please message me before your session to discuss. :)

Facial Reflexology 60min £60

Just like with the feet, facial reflexology works by applying therapeutic massage and pressure to specific points on the face, prompting the body's healing mechanisms - helping to improve circulation, nerve conduction and encouraging the release of toxins from the body.

The proximity of the face to the brain and central nervous system, makes the calming effects of this holistic massage even more rapid and may make it a little tricky to stay awake!

Not only does it help to bring balance to the entire body, you can also expect to see a more radiant, glowing complexion!

Combining the best of both and using a delicious blend of essential oils, I’ll begin with facial reflexology before moving on to a luxurious foot reflexology sequence.

Whether you want a relaxing or releasing of tension massage, the time is yours.
I will use my Soft Tissue Therapy and Indian Head Massage skills to create a massage that suits your needs. 

You could have: 
- a deep tissue massage focusing on areas of tension that you feel need that extra bit of TLC
- full relaxing full body massage
- a shorter back, neck and shoulders massage (classic places to hold physical or emotional tension)

I have been practicing massage for 8 years and my qualifications are in Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage and Reflexology. I am currently studying sports massage to challenge myself and get a greater understanding of sports related injuries. I have enjoyed travelling with my skills.

My particular style of massage is intuition led. I have the ability to do a comforting medium pressure massage but I love deep tissue work- and my elbows are my greatest tools.

My main goal in treatments is not only to provide relaxation but to provide healing on all levels, and leave you feeling utterly connected and blissed out.

Hypnobirthing & Biomechanics • Holistic Birth Preparation

Emilie is a doula, coach and antenatal teacher with over 15 years experience in working with pregnant women and birthing families. While birth is kind of un-plannable, gaining understanding of how your body works, how to find evidence based information and developing a set of tools that can help you at different stages of labour can be hugely beneficial. Emilie offers a range of packages including massage, movement or biomechanics for labour that can help you prepare to meet your baby with ease and confidence.

Acupuncture with Teresa

Teresa treats a broad range of conditions both physical, and mental-emotional and psychological. Traditional acupuncture's medical model is quite different to the Western Medical one, which allows her as a practitioner to understand and treat the body in a different way. Teresa often finds that the fresh perspective and approach that traditional acupuncture offers, can be a catalyst for people and their healing journey.

Whilst traditional acupuncture is a clinical medicine it has a dimension and depth of understanding that is deeply rooted in its ancient tradition of understanding the body from observations of the natural world and how we resonate with that in terms of our bodily rhythms. Shamanic Womb Massage uses ancient Mayan womb massage techniques traditionally used to recentre the womb, alongside intuitive ancestral womb wisdom & shamanic journeying - to create a sacred container in which to support & hold women on their journeys into reconnecting & communing with their wombs.

This can be particularly supportive if on a fertility journey or if suffering from any menstrual or womb-related trauma or dis-eases.
