Reiki is a healing practice rooted in the tradition of Mikao Usui. It involves channelling and transmitting vital energy through the hands to balance your chakras and promote well-being. Reiki works by harmonising every part of you, restoring balance and good health. It’s a powerful way to energise and stabilise your life, leaving you feeling more centred, relaxed, and at peace.

1:1 Reiki Session (45–55 minutes)

A full-body energy healing session designed to promote deep relaxation, release stress, and restore energetic balance on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels. Ideal for general wellness and physical discomfort.
Extended Reiki + Detox Massage (70–75 minutes)
£75 | Introductory price: £60
An enhanced session that combines Reiki with targeted support tailored to your current needs—including detox massage, Reiki to break limiting patterns or habits, and focus on localized physical pain. A powerful reset for body and mind.
Distance Reiki (45 minutes)
£35
Energy transcends space. In this remote session, you simply relax in a quiet space while the healing energy flows to you, restoring balance and well-being wherever you are in the world.
Note: Before every Reiki session, I personally connect with you to gather insights, understand what you're currently experiencing, and determine the most supportive approach for your healing.
