Beth Locke - Holistic Facial & Massage

I’m Beth, a herbalist and massage therapist who is deeply devoted to the study of the plants and the way they nourish and nurture the body and spirit.

Whether working with clients hands on, leading workshops, or foraging, I love to facilitate a connection between ourselves and the natural world to allow us to remember the interconnectedness of our bodies and our environments.

Along my journey studying to become a medical herbalist I have trained in various bodywork modalities including Ayurvedic massage, holistic massage, holistic facials and fire cupping.

I design bodywork treatments that weave potent botanicals with therapeutic touch to bring a sense of wellbeing and grounding.

TREATMENTS:

This facial includes an oil cleanse, lymphatic drainage, a rejuvenating mask and deep tissue massage of the face, chest, shoulders and scalp, designed to release tension, lift and sculpt the muscles of the face, increase circulation, reduce puffiness and fine lines.

Abhyanga Relaxing Massage

This treatment provides a space to ground the body and restore the spirit.

This is a nourishing massage with warm oils infused with a unique blend of herbs, using a combination of relaxing strokes as well as fire cupping to help you ground, release blockages and rejuvenate.

*Fire cupping is an ancient practice within Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses glass cups on the skin with suction. This suction allows for myofascial decompression as the skin is drawn into the cups, lifting the muscle fibres and increasing blood flow to the area. Several benefits of cupping include reduced pain, muscle tightness and inflammation, improved blood flow, and increased range of motion.

60 mins: £70

90 mins: £88

At the end you’ll be gifted with a herbal tea bag containing a blend of grounding herbs for you to continue your relaxation at home.
