A session to help you find your way in life

Where do you currently find yourself lost? Is there an area of your life that is niggling at you: like career, family, parenting, or relationships? Or is there something specific keeping you stuck? Overwhelm, fear, Imposter Syndrome, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, or something yet to be defined?
These sessions create the space to get curious about your life and find ways to move you forwards.

A session to help you to feel good in everyday life

Want to feel good but don’t know where to start? In these sessions, I’ll help you develop your own well-being practice, looking at what’s most meaningful to you. How do you think about connection, how does wonder come into the world, and what’s happening with how your body is talking to your mind? We’ll take a holistic view of where you are and identify what you most need to feel good. Together we’ll get you to a place of better emotional, mental and physical health.

A session to help you navigate midlife and (peri)menopause

In these sessions, I help women in midlife have a better relationship with this time in their lives. As things – sometimes it feels like all the things – shift in this midpoint – so too does how we see ourselves, how we think about our lives, and how we consider what’s next.  In these sessions, we’ll identify how our needs (and wants) might be different now, how a gap might have shown up between where we are and where we’d like to be, and how to get to a mindset that can make it all that much better.

A session to help you feel better

How are you feeling? Really? In these sessions, you’ll get to explore the life of your emotions and get curious about what they’re telling you. From joy to sadness, what magical insights will your emotion reveal to you? Or maybe there’s an emotion you are stuck on/in, like fear or anxiety? That is if you allow yourself to feel emotions at all (that’s a whole other area we could examine). As one of the world’s first accredited Emotions Coaching Practitioners, I can help you uncover how to literally feel better in your everyday life.

Choose one or keep it open.
At our first session, we’ll identify what you most need and go from there.

Claire Fitzsimmons helps people to have more good days by developing an everyday life practice that meets them wherever they are, with whatever it is they need. Claire draws from positive psychology, transactional analysis, somatics, neuroscience, Positive Intelligence, emotions coaching and the science of well-being to help people understand what it means to be a person in this world, and how we can possibly do life with all that life now needs to contain.

Claire is one of the world’s first certified Emotions Coaching Practitioners, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and earned her Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy from London’s CCPE.

Claire is also the co-founder and co-director of If Lost Start Here, a company that helps people find their way through its courses, guidebook, and products. 10% of profits go towards initiatives for better emotional and mental wellbeing for everyone.

Embodiment Coaching with Emilie

Pelvic Wellbeing Coaching

Emilie's a Franklin Method Pelvic Fascia coach, yoga teacher and biomechanics geek with a passion for helping women feel more comfortable and confident in themselves. Around 1 in 5 women experience issues like sneeze wees and struggle with the issues that can go along with them, like body confidence and pain in other parts of the body. These often become more obvious at times of transition in our lives, like trying to conceive, during pregnancy, postpartum or approaching menopause.
